Tycore Built owner, Wade Micoley, has been involved in new residential, commercial and multi-family construction since 1982, as one of the areas major developers and real estate brokers. Wade knows the importance of listening to his clients and fulfilling their dreams. He brings to Tycore a level of customer service unheard of anywhere else in the building business.

Every Tycore Built project is assigned a construction manager. These are actual builders who are routinely on the job site coordinating with various contractors to expedite the building progress. They will meet with you throughout the building process and keep you informed.

Whether you were introduced to Tycore through an agent from Micoley.com or one of our Multiple Listing Service representatives, past customers, open houses or other advertising formats, we want to reassure you that you are in good hands. In working with your agent and our sales department, you are working with professionals.

Our sales staff are knowledgeable, licensed real estate agents who have years of experience in the area of new construction. They will be able to familiarize you with the building process and make available to you information on home sites, floor plans, pricing, and the many options to customize your project.

Once your construction is complete, we don’t stop there! Your construction manager will schedule a final walk-through with and explain how to operate the mechanical components of your home. They will ask you to check over the finishing touches to ensure that you are completely satisfied. You will be able to move in with the assurance that we will be there to answer questions or address concerns for the next year. Our top priority is that you will be happy in your Tycore Built project!
