Scope Of Work
Located in the Upper Peninsula district, the state-of-the-art office tower will feature sustainable design and construction elements and will be one of the city’s first major projects to pursue Charleston RISES, a high performance building certification designed to address the specific green building needs, priorities and strategies for the South Carolina region. Construction for Morrison Yard is slated for completion in Summer 2022.
