Scope Of Work
The Altaire is a 491,933-square-foot, high-end, prominent residential complex set over 204,211 square feet of parking. The project is located in Crystal City near public transportation, including two metro subway stations.
Construction included demolition of an existing 10-story office building and placement of tie-backs to support the existing garage foundation walls, which were utilized for the new garage structure. New construction included two, 20-story multifamily/mixed-use towers constructed over a three-level, below-grade parking structure. The North Tower consists of 150 luxury apartments, and the South Tower consists of 301 luxury apartments. Amenity spaces include a business center, fitness center, two club rooms, a common terrace and an elevated courtyard with a swimming pool.
