Scope Of Work
This 3,500-square-foot interior fit-out project located in the newly renovated 309 East Paces Ferry building, features private offices with glass office fronts, custom millwork and finishes, lobby area, multiple conference rooms and auxiliary spaces.
The 309 East Paces Ferry building was a nine-story, 183,476-square-foot major renovation/adaptive re-use of an existing office building located in Buckhead. The building’s refreshed offices, including RCM Capital, offer wide-open, creative loft-style spaces that embrace the best of industrial chic and a fully modern sleek look.
