Scope Of Work

This was a tenant fit-out conversion to a first floor space located in a two-story building on Main Street in East Nashville. The scope included the demolition of the existing interior and exterior finishes and the removal of existing equipment. The project also involved the installation of new interior finishes, furniture and kitchen equipment and exterior patio work including new furniture, canopy and fire pit.
