Scope Of Work
The restored Tift Building provided much needed office space to faculty and departmental staff. Allstate was able to retain much of the original fabric as possible in anticipation of this structure’s 100th Anniversary in 2022. The project scope included the complete renovation of a building originally constructed in 1922 while retaining its historic integrity. The renovations consisted of a complete systems and code compliance upgrade, the installation of an elevator, and the construction of an external utility building to house a chiller and fire pump.
