Scope Of Work

Allstate was awarded the build-out of the existing shell of portion of an old Albertsons grocery store on North Monroe Street in Tallahassee, and began actual construction in just weeks from the award date. Work included extensive concrete demolition, construction of a two-story mezzanine for offices, refreshments, party rooms, restrooms, and storage, as well as the installation of flooring and new paint throughout the facility. Allstate also supervised and coordinated the installation of all trampolines, ramps and decks to trampolines with the Owner’s selected specialty contractor.
