Scope Of Work

Allstate constructed a new dental clinic for Dr. Jeremy Gordon in St. Augustine.  The project was broken into two phases, the first of which included site and utilities requiring midnight shutdown of water in the area to accomplish a Case B crossing, as well as utilities for two future building.  Phase Two included the construction of the first facility, Dr. Gordon’s office.  This clinic included patient intake, lobby, patient rooms, laboratory and administrative space.  There were number floor penetrations for a building like this due to dental equipment requirements.  The schedule was tight and urgent that we stick to it, because Dr. Gordon’s lease in his old office was running out.  Allstate completed the work on time and within budget, and the owner was extremely happy with their new facility.
