Toscana came to us from a referral of a similar type of project. Their power issues range from a large underground parking structure with 4 ft. 2 lamp fixture, to parking lot pole lights, to the property lighting which includes over 5000 lamps. So we started with the parking structure because it was the largest user of power and maintenance. We removed all the fluorescent lamps and ballast's and replaced them with 17 watt LED solutions. In just this one area they will save over $37,000 per year in power and maintenance costs which will give them an ROI of under 3 years. When the whole project is completed their saving will cut the power bill by half and maintenance will be virtually zero for 14 years!
