Scope Of Work

Aviano, which is a large master planned community by Toll Brothers had us replace all of their incandescent lamps which totaled 570 screw in type lamps in the community center, the parking lot lamps which were 100 watt to 25 watt and the basketball/tennis courts lights which went from 1000 watt to 500 watt. Their power bill was high and the club house was always hot. By changing out the lamps we lowered the power bill by half and now, along with a HVAC control system the club house is cool. 

Aviano green lighting plan is a three phase approach, one was the club house and sports courts which was the bulk of the monthly power usage, next will be the bollards that light the walkways that run trough the whole community and last will be all of the current landscape lighting which again runs throughout the whole community.
