Scope Of Work

SIDEWALKS, CONCRETE PATIO, STAIRS PATCHES, SIKAFLEX CONTROL JOINTS PATIO & BLUESTONES STAIRS

1. Remove and disposal existing concrete on designated areas of sidewalks as per request.
2. Pouring new concrete sidewalk at designated areas as per request.
3. Remove all existing control joints from patio court.
4. Apply new Sikaflex control joints patio court.
5. Remove and patch all major broken concrete areas on patio court.
6. Pour new concrete on all major broken areas on patio court.
7. Fix broken concrete landings and steps on stairwells as per request.
8. Install new bluestone coping on northeast stairway left side.
9. Apply waterproofing paint on stairway.

REPOINTING WORK

1. Set up hanging scaffolds.
2. Remove all broken tiles and replace it with new ones to match existing.
3. Apply Sikaflex on all control joints around.
4. Replace all broken flashings.
5. Grind joints and do repointing.
6. Power wash.
7. Apply waterproofing sealer.
8. All pointing work to do on the front façade of the angle wall only.
