Scope Of Work

COLUMNS RESTORATION

1. Restoration of columns at the first floor of the building below restorations done at to date approximately 6,600 sqft 
2. Restoration of bottom ceilings on areas restored at to date will be approximately another 2,471 sqft
3. To set up hanging scaffolding
4. To power wash area for better bonding.
5. To demolish all major cracks and holes
6. To patch with sika coating all major cracks and holes
7. To remove all existing caulking on all control joints and replacing with new Sikaflex 1.5
