Scope Of Work
STUCCO SYSTEM
- Complete POWER WASH before stucco application for better bonding.
- To demolish any loose areas on the bottom of the building and re stucco installing wire lath and hard coat stucco
- Complete application of base coat with embeds fiberglass mesh as first layer.
- Complete application of primer
- Complete application of Stolit 1.0 dark + glossy will be the third and final coat (the owner can choose up to two colors, one for panels and one for all trim work)
- Complete caulking to all the windows.
