Scope Of Work
HARD COAT STUCCO INSTALLATION
- Installation of Powerwall hard coat stucco system as per specs.
- Power wash entire wall to get better bonding.
- Backfill missing joints on bricks before install waterproofing.
- Application of STO emerald coat waterproofing.
- Installation of control joints “J” channels and expansion joints required to break big walls into small panels easy to work with.
- Installation of galvanized wire lath mesh 2.5
- Installation of scratch coat as first layer.
- Installation of hard coat as second layer.
- Complete application of Powerwall stucco finish will be the final coat.
- Installation of flat moldings for windows headers only.
- Paint cornice.
