Scope Of Work

HARD COAT STUCCO INSTALLATION

1. Installation of Powerwall hard coat stucco system as per specs.
2. Power wash entire wall to get better bonding.
3. Backfill missing joints on bricks before install waterproofing.
4. Application of STO emerald coat waterproofing.
5. Installation of control joints “J” channels and expansion joints required to break big walls into small panels easy to work with.
6. Installation of galvanized wire lath mesh 2.5
7. Installation of scratch coat as first layer.
8. Installation of hard coat as second layer.
9. Complete application of Powerwall stucco finish will be the final coat.
10. Installation of flat moldings for windows headers only.
11. Paint cornice.
