Scope Of Work
BRICK, CMU, AND CAST STONE INSTALLATION
- Installation of brick veneer and cast stone sill as per specs.
- Installation of loose lintels only.
- Installation of wall ties.
- Installation of flashing tape.
- Installation of weep holes.
- Installation of mortar net.
- Installation of windowsills.
- Brick and thin brick washing.
- Complete application of backer rod and caulking to all windows where the brick will be installed.
- Installation of 8”x8”x16” CMU as per specs.
- Installation of durowall every two courses of CMU.
- Installation of #5 rebar every 24” vertically.
NOTE: This proposal does not include, brick, mortar, cast stone sill and steel angles. It will be provided by GC/Owner.
