Scope Of Work
WATERPROOFING INSTALLATION
- Complete application of STO emerald coat waterproofing on the exterior wall of the front facade, back of the building, three sides of the bulkhead’s exterior walls and at the inside of the parapet walls.
½” HARD COAT STUCCO SYSTEM
- Complete installation of ½” hard coat stucco system on complete east elevation only.
- Complete application of STO emerald coat waterproofing.
- Complete installation of control joints and plaster stops “j” channels.
- Expansion joints will be required to break big walls into small panels for easy to work with.
- Complete installation of wire lath mesh.
- Complete installation of scratch coat as first layer.
- Complete installation of hard coat as second layer.
- Complete application of synthetic stucco will be the third and final coat.
