Scope Of Work
STO POWER WALL STUCCO SYSTEM
- Complete installation of STO Power Wall Stucco System As per Specs.
- Complete installation of two layers of felt paper #15.
- Complete installation of “J” channels and expansion joints required to break big walls into small panels easy to work with.
- Complete installation of wire lath 2.5
- Complete installation of Powerwall scratch coat.
- Complete installation of Powerwall hard coat.
- Complete application of Powerwall stucco finish will be the final coat.
- Complete application of backer rod and caulking to all windows where the stucco will be applied.
BRICK INSTALLATION
- To install exterior brick and interior brick as per drawings.
- To install flashing tape.
- To install weep holes.
- To install wall ties.
- To install mortar net.
- To wash brick.
NOTE: BRICK, MORTAR AND STEEL ANGLES WILL BE PROVIDED BY GC/OWNER.
