Scope Of Work

10” CMU BLOCK INSTALLATION

1. To install 10”x8”x16” CMU block at staircase, elevator shaft and east wall of the building.
2. To install galvanized dur-o-wall wire every other course of CMU as per specs.
3. To install #5 (5/8”) rebars every 24” o.c. as per specs.
4. To fill block every 24” o.c. on vertical reinforced cells as per specs.
5. To fill elevator shaft as per specs.

BRICK VENEER INSTALLATION

1. To install brick veneer and cast stone sills as per drawings.
2. To install 1-1/2” rigid insulation as per drawings
3. To install flashing tape.
4. To install weep holes.
5. To install wall ties.
6. To install mortar net.
7. To wash brick.

NOTE: BRICK, MORTAR, CAST STONE AND STEEL ANGLES WILL BE PROVIDED BY GC/OWNER.
