Scope Of Work

8” CMU BLOCK INSTALLATION

1. To install 8”x8”x16” cmu block at second to fifth floor side walls and roof, elevator bulkhead and staircases as per drawings.
2. To install galvanized dur-o-wall wire every 2 (two) courses of cmu as per drawings.
3. To install #5 rebar as per drawings.
4. To fill block as per drawings.

TO POUR CONCRETE

1. To brake existing concrete.
2. To disposal the waste.
3. To install wire reinforcing mesh.
4. To install asphalt expansion control joints.
5. To form 2 (two) 3’x3’ tree pits as per drawings.
6. To forming and pouring new sidewalk and curb concrete as per specs.

½” HARD COAT STUCCO SYSTEM DIRECT APPLICATION OVER CMU

1. Complete installation of ½” hard coat stucco system for the building as per drawings.
2. Complete installation of control joints and plaster stops “j” channels.
3. Expansion joints will be required to break big walls into small panels for easy to work with.
4. Complete installation of wire lath mesh.
5. Complete installation of scratch coat as first layer.
6. Complete installation of hard coat as second layer.
7. Complete application of synthetic stucco will be the third and final coat.

THIN BRICK AND PRECAST INSTALLATION

1. To install thin brick as per drawings.
2. To install precast and stone facade as per drawings.
3. To install flashing tape.
4. To install weep holes.
5. To install window sills.
6. To install thin brick plates.
7. To wash brick.

NOTE: BRICK, STONE, MORTAR AND WINDOW SILLS WILL BE PROVIDE BY GC ATLANTIC ARTISAN CONSTRUCTION.
