Scope Of Work

BRICK SYSTEM INSTALLATION  (Labor Only)

1. To install Bricks system as per specs.
2. To install 2” semi rigid insulation.
3. To install wall ties.
4. To install weep holes.
5. To install mortar net.
6. To wash brick after installation.
7. To install cast stone as per drawings.
8. Complete application of backer rod and caulking to all windows.
9. Complete installation of cast stone over de windows header on top of the building (front facade).

NOTE: Brick, stone, mortar and steel angles will be provided by GC/Owner.

8” CMU BLOCK INSTALLATION

1. To install 8”x8”x16” and 12”x8”x16” CMU block walls of elevator shaft, staircase and bulkheads  as per specs.
2. To install dur-o-wall wire every 2 (two) courses of CMU as per specs.
3. To install #5 rebar every 32” o.c.  as per specs.
4. To fill block cells every 32”.

TO POUR CONCRETE

1. To brake existing concrete.
2. To disposal the waste.
3. To install wire reinforcing mesh.
4. To install asphalt expansion control joints.
5. To forming and pouring new sidewalk and curb concrete as per specs.
