Scope Of Work
BLUESKIN WATERPROOFING
- Complete installation of VP160 Blueskin waterproofing on exterior of entire building.
- Complete installation of self-sticking flashing at the windows frames and door jambs.
6”, 8” AND 10” CMU INSTALLATION
- To install 6”x8”x16”, 8”x8”x16” and 10”x8”x16” CMU block walls at first floor interior partitions walls of the building, second floor terrace parapet, staircases and elevator shaft as per specs.
- To install galvanized dur-o-wall wire every two courses of CMU as per specs.
- To install #5 (5/8”) rebars every 32” o.c. as per specs.
- To fill block every 32” o.c. on vertical reinforced cells as per specs.
BRICK VENEER INSTALLATION
- To install 4” nominal brick veneer as per drawings.
- To install flashing tape.
- To install weep holes.
- To install wall ties @16” each direction.
- To install mortar net @ grade level.
- To wash brick.
- To install cast stone sills
NOTE: BRICK, MORTAR AND STEEL ANGLES WILL BE PROVIDED BY GC/OWNER.
