Scope Of Work

STUCCO SYSTEM INSTALLATION

1. Complete installation of STO emerald coat water proofing over stucco area ONLY.
2. Complete installation of two layers of felt paper #15.
3. Complete installation of “J” channels and expansion joints required to break big walls into small panels easy to work with.
4. Complete installation of wire lath 2.5
5. Complete installation of Powerwall scratch coat.
6. Complete installation of Powerwall hard coat.
7. Complete application of Powerwall stucco finish will be the final coat.
8. Complete application of backer rod and caulking to all windows where the stucco will be applied.

BRICK VENEER INSTALLATION

1. Complete installation of one layer of felt paper #15 or TYVEK.
2. To install brick veneer as per specs.
3. To install wall ties @16” each direction.
4. To install mortar net at grade level.
5. To install self-sticking flashing.
6. To install weep holes @16” horizontally.
7. To install limestone treads at stairs.
8. To install backer rod and caulking to all windows where the brick will be installed.
9. To washing the brick after finish.
10. To build staircases with block.

NOTE: THIS WORK DOES NOT INCLUDE BRICK, MORTAR AND STEEL ANGLES. IT WILL BE PROVIDED BY GC/OWNER.
