Scope Of Work

CMU BLOCK WALL INSTALLATION

1. Install 6”x8”x16”, 8”x8”x16” and 10”x8”x16” CMU block at ground floor, parking level 2, parking level 3, column wraps, elevator shaft and staircases as per specs.
2. Install 10”x8”x16” Polished face textured CMU block at Atlantic Ave facade and 20’ returns on the 2 sides elevation east and west as per specs.
3. Install dur-o-wall wire every 2 (two) courses of CMU as per specs.
4. Install #6 rebar every 16” O.C.  as per specs.
5. Fill cells blocks solid at reinforcing with 3,000 PSI as per specs.

WATERPROOFING INSTALLATION

1. Dismantle the existing Styrofoam from the exterior walls.
2. Complete installation of Liquid A&V Carlisle CCW Barrithane VP waterproofing on the exterior walls of the building where Thin Brick will be installed only.
3. Complete installation of flashing tape on the window frames.

TABS II THIN BRICK SYSTEM INSTALLATION 

1. Power swing stage scaffolds set up.
2. Installation of 2” continuous rigid insulation.
3. Installation of Drain screen (Labor only).
4. Installation of TABS II panels system as per specs (Labor only).
5. Installation of Thin Brick on panels as per specs (Labor only).
6. Installation of grout on joints of the thin brick as per specs (Labor only).
7. Wash brick with detergent as per specs.
8. Installation of backer rod and caulking to all windows where brick is installed.
