Scope Of Work

TO POUR CONCRETE

1. To install 3#4 rebar longitudinally and 1#4 @24” vertically to pour concrete footing.
2. To pour continuous 12x36 concrete footing.
3. To install 6 mil vapor barrier.
4. To pour 6” concrete slab at first floor.
5. To install 4” concrete sidewalk.
6. To pour 20” concrete curb.

CMU INSTALLATION

1. To install 12”x8”x16” CMU block at foundation over concrete footings and 8”x8”x16” CMU at first floor as per drawings.
2. To install galvanized dur-o-wall wire every two courses of CMU as per specs.
3. To install #4 (1/2”) rebars every 48” O.C. as per specs.
4. To fill solid block in foundation walls and fill solid cells at reinforcing on first floor walls as per specs.
5. To install stone cap over CMU planter.

MODULAR BRICK INSTALLATION

1. Complete installation of 4” modular brick on southeast, southwest and northeast façade of the building as per drawings.
2. Complete installation of mortar net.
3. Complete installation of wall ties @24 horizontally and vertically.
4. To install self-sticking flashing tape.
5. To install weep holes @24” O.C.
6. Washing brick after finish installation.
7. Complete installation of backer rod and caulking to all windows where the brick will be installed.

MISCELLANEOUS WORK

1. Installation of retaining wall with blocks and caps in all the perimeter of the back yard.
2. Excavation, backfill and leveling ground at the back yard of the building to install pavers.
3. Installation of bluestone pavers.
