Scope Of Work

CMU BLOCK INSTALLATION

1. Install 8”x8”x16” CMU block at cellar, ground floor, mezzanine, parapets, elevator doors and elevator bulkhead as per specs.
2. Install 8”x8”x16” split face CMU (one side) at second floor parapet as per spces.
3. Install 12”x8”x16” CMU block at ground floor exterior walls as per specs.
4. Install horizontal reinforcement galvanized truss type @16” O.C. as per specs (Sheet s001).
5. Install #6 rebars @16” O.C. at 12” CMU walls (S-304)  and #5 @48 O.C. at 8” CMU walls and 1 #5 at corners as per specs. (Schedule shown at structural drawings S-001 and S-400).
6. Fill block at reinforcing with 3,000 psi grout (structural drawings page S-001).
7. Install concrete lintels over doors (if required) as per specs.
8. Install bond beams at top of the floor with 2 continuous rebar #5 as per specs and grout block course above bond beams at top as per specs.
9. Installation of PTA-422 partition top anchors @24” O.C. as per specs.

NOTE: CMU installation includes labor and material as per specs.

BRICK INSTALLATION

1. Installation of 2” continuous rigid insulation (Labor only).
2. Installation of TABS II panels system as per specs (Labor only).
3. Installation of Thin Brick on panels as pers specs (Labor only).
4. Wash brick with detergent as per specs.
5. Installation of backer rod and caulking to all windows where brick is installed.

NOTE: This proposal includes labor only on thin brick installation (thin brick, panels, insulation, glue will be provided by GC/owner). The scaffolding will be installed by OTHERS.
