Scope Of Work
CLEANING WALL
- Grout cleaning on north wall of the building.
BRICK INSTALLATION
- Installation of brick ties.
- Installation of mortar net @ first courses of brick installed.
- Installation of loose lintels only (Structural steel angles installation is not included).
- Installation of full brick on 1” air space.
- Wash brick with detergent.
- Installation of backer rod and caulking to all windows where brick is installed.
POWERWALL STUCCO SYSTEM INSTALLATION
- Complete installation of ½” hard stucco system.
- Complete installation of control joints and plaster stops “j” channels.
- Expansion joints will be required to break big walls into small panels for easy to work with.
- Complete installation of wire lath mesh 2.5.
- Complete installation of scratch coat as first layer.
- Complete installation of hard coat as second layer.
- Complete application of Powerwall stucco finish will be the third and final coat.
- Complete installation of backer rod and caulking to all windows where stucco is applied.
- To add the back of the building on stucco.
