OUR STORY

International Builders Concrete LLC has joined forces with Ethical Concrete Solutions of Langley, BC. to provide the builders and end users with creative and innovative precast products for the US and Canada.  Manufacturing handmade precast concrete products for over 20 years, our Artisan staff has provided products all over the Pacific Rim.

We have recently added a manufacturing plant in Tacoma, Washington.  This plant augments our production capabilities and variety of products.  This plant manufactures all products using the SCC method (Self Consolidating Concrete), which accelerates the curing time to 5 to 7 days at a compressive strength of 7200 psi and a total air content of not less than 4% or more than 6%.

Our production process generates elegant finishes and a variety of standard products to meet your projects.  We are committed to customer service. Our experience has taught us that every project demands we work closely with our customers to clarify a wide range of details:  From the expectations - aesthetically and functionally - to production and delivery schedules. 

International Builders Concrete LLC offers open-riser and closed-riser stair treads with bolt-on or weld-on mounting configurations for easy installation.

We can provide LEED credits for most items we offer, as we are working closely with major concrete manufactures to remove waste and eliminate landfill dumping.  Our commitment to this end has enabled us to offer products of true value and helps reduce waste and ecological abuse. We are an affordable green solution, turning waste into a resource.

All products are structurally designed and approved by licensed engineers and third party inspectors.  We will meet or exceed all structural specifications in all products produced in our plants.
