Scope Of Work
We are grinding the newly poured 2 inch concrete topping to expose the aggregate and then continuing to grind up to a 400 grit finish. We are densifying the concrete along the way and the slab will be sealed with an Acrylic sealer as the final step. We are also filling the control joints with Polyurea. The finished product works well with the 100 year old building's character and design of the new spaces to be built within.
