Scope Of Work
Complete phased exterior CMU / envelope removal to a occupied 3 level facility to facilitate BCVI expansion working in conjunction with normal and unexpected surgical schedules.
Separation and removal of existing high bay heavily reinforced lobby structure adjacent to new OR suite.
Phased off-hours interior renovation to 50,000 GSF of patient rooms, doctor - nurses suites, labs, corridors, and 12 Room OR facility with elevated slab deck removal in a 3 level occupied surgical operating facility
All debris moved through occupied areas with no AHCA breaches or pedestrian incidents to ground floor waste disposal containers
