Scope Of Work
Repair and waterproofing work provided for a above garage deck area at apartment complex in Long Beach. Work included removal of damaged wood and installed of 3x4 in plywood as necessary. Replacement of damaged subfloor studs. Application of DEXCELENT 6 step waterproofing system on the entire surface. This application include 6 layers: metal lath, levelcrete, base coat, fiberglass, texture, and top coat. Reinforced the studs in the garage.
