Located in Elk Grove, CA, the Franklin Crossing residential development features approximately 30,000 square feet of Basalite's Proto II Wall System. This unique system was chosen for its ease of construction, cost savings, and versatility. Proto II was utilized for both retaining and fence wall applications. Installed in 2010 by Norcal masonry Builders of Roseville, CA, the post tension masonry fence wall system will maintain its beauty and functionality for years to come.
