Scope Of Work
Located in El Dorado HIlls, CA, the Blackstone residential development features approximately 88,000 square feet of Basalite's Proto II Wall System. This unique system, selected by developer Lennar Homes of Northern California, was chosen for its ease of construction, cost savings and versatility. Proto II was utilized for both retaining and fence wall applications. Installed in 2006 by David Smith Masonry of Auburn, CA, this post tension masonry fence wall system will maintain its beauty and functionality for years to come.
