Last year, Kenseal Construction Products Sales Representative Brian Greene laid the foundation for a new partnership. Brian sought out a large project on the Potomac River shoreline of Alexandria, Va. – The Oronoco Waterfront Residences. The then-planned massive upscale residential building, once home to the Sheet Metal Workers International Association, marked the first influx of housing on the waterfront in over a decade.

A great opportunity for Kenseal, Brian reached out to the construction project team, Ramsey Masonry,  a company Kenseal had not serviced in the past. Brian’s attentiveness, technical expertise and industry knowledge gave security to the customer. He gained their confidence and support and was heavily involved throughout the project providing the material needed between the exterior sheathing and brick. Kenseal has multiple fully stocked warehouses within driving distance from this area allowing us to provide exceptional quick and convenient service. In addition to supplying the construction products, Kenseal also found an air barrier contractor, Potomac Waterproofing, to install Airbloc 31 by Henry® Company for Ramsey Masonry enabling the project team to complete their full scope of work.

The top notch customer service by the entire Kenseal team resulted in a trusted relationship between us and the new customer! We look forward to working with Ramsey Masonry again next month on a project in Quantico, Va.
