Scope Of Work
The renovated Florida and Georgia Houses at the Five-Diamond Ponte Vedra Inn & Club include two presidential suites, four suites, and 24 standard units. All suites include a kitchen, living room, and separate bedrooms. The project required complete interior renovations, converting the buildings to central HVAC, and installing hurricane resistant doors and windows.
