West Chester Borough Stream Protection Program Stormwater Management Improvements. This is one of the first projects that the Borough is undertaking as part of their stormwater management initiative. Locations are: N. Adams, N. Penn, Pine Alley, Everhart, Hoopes Alley and Fugett.
