Scope Of Work
The depth of this project was 50'+ with limited working hours available. AIDC was able to come in and give the client 12 hrs of dive time every day using our Nitrox dive compressors. When faced with the removal and demolition of a 13' thick bascule foundation with hundreds of H piles embedded in the concrete with limited overhead space to work, AIDC was able to sketch out a large diameter core drill which was engineered by the customer and used to successfully extract the piles from the concrete.
Methods used on the project were: Nitrox Diving, Core Drilling, Vibratory Extraction, Burning, and Concrete Chipping, all performed under water.
This project was completed on time and under budget with zero accidents
