Scope Of Work
AIDC was tasked with the burial of a 24" HDPE pipe approximately 600' across the C-51 Canal in Palm Beach County, FL, to a burial depth of 3' below natural bottom. The natural bottom was made up of sugar sand and organic debris. To aid in this burial, AIDC fabricated a 20' Steel Jet Sled to help keep the trench open while burial took place. AIDC also cut 2' sections of 24" reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), spaced at 6' intervals to keep the pipe at the bottom of the trench.
This project was completed on time and under budget.
