Scope Of Work
The challenges of this project were a strict budget and blending the new renovations with the old. An existing large room was split into rooms for general hearings or smaller private meetings. The old walls needed major patching due to leaks which were discovered after the old wall covering was removed. These exterior plaster walls were coated and patched.
New 16 foot walls had double drywall for additional fire rating and soundproofing. Additional soundproofing was required for selected doors. All the new doors, hardware and paint had to match the existing. Wall covering, carpeting and chair rail were also installed.
