Scope Of Work
Lawdensky Construction (LCC) was hired by the FAA to replace a metal standing seam roof over their critical power/generator building and the flat roof over the air traffic controller"s building. The FAA facility is a 24 hour/365 day operating facility. All noisy disruptive work was coordinated and completed per FAA's schedules along with the roof replacement,
LCC installed a new snow melt system; replaced all existing roof drains and overflows;installed new leak detection at all roof drains and air flows; removed/replaced/repaired the lighting/grounding systems; added perimeter guard rails and anchoring points to comply with OSHA standards
LCC completed all work within budget and schedule.
All work was carefully coordinated with the facility and FAA Engineering. Strict security guidelines and escorting had to be adhered to while coordinating all daily work and delivery activities
