Site & Building Excavation
New ground up construction for the Elmont Self Storage Facility.
Scope of Services
• Excavation and rough grading for electric conduits, storm manholes, outlet structures, storm drainage pipes, roof drains, sewer lines, domestic/fire/water.
• Installation of new site utilities as required – including storm sewer, inlets, and sanitary sewer to building – cast iron frames and grates.
• Installation of 8 foot diameter corrugated metal piping for underground storm management system.
