Scope Of Work
New -winning school offering a separate wing for the kindergarten and 1st grade students and a wing for 2nd – 6th grade students. Building offers modern environmental controls and a sewer system capable of discharging clean water into a Hudson River estuary. Transformation of a virgin grassy field into this new 110,00 square foot elementary school, complete with athletic fields within 18 months.
