Scope Of Work

East Elevation:

            -Cut out and caulk expansion joints 100%.

            -Replace broken brick at corner.

            -Cut out and tuckpoint 100sf of deteriorated mortar.

            -Caulk joint at curb to building, with primer, approximately 40’.

            -Replace 20 cracked brick at window wells.

            -Caulk 2 windows.

North Elevation:

            -Pressure wash and waterproof stone copings at wells.

            -Tuckpoint approximately 50sf of deteriorated mortar.

            -Cut out and caulk failed expansion joints.

West Elevation:

            -Replace approximately 100 brick at chiller wall.

            -Replace spalled brick over garage door.

            -Remove steel lintel at garage door, weld new steel plate to beam, paint existing beam, install flashing, weep tubes, and new masonry.

            -Caulk areas where sidewalk meets masonry

South Elevation:

            -Cut out and tuckpoint approximately 50sf of deteriorated mortar.

All Elevations:

            -Cut and caulk coping stones 100%
