Scope Of Work
This 1.2 million square foot mixed use development is composed of condominium residences, retail, offices and hotel space. Initial phases involved verification of the concrete superstructure construction. Manhattan Land Surveying & Engineering took over the layout and provided axis line and benchmarks, as well as as-built surveys for this four building complex, three of which are concrete construction, and the other of steel framing. MLSE also provided edge of slab surveys and vertical slab deviation surveys, as well as utility layout and vault location surveys.
