Scope Of Work
A remnant of the 1964 World’s Fair, Manhattan Surveying. P.C. in collaboration with its Affiliate, provided construction surveying services for a new 55,000-square-foot addition, part of a $68 million capital project. Construction included a one foot thick concrete wall formed into 5,400 rectangular coffers. Services required included location and stakeout during excavation, location of utilities, survey base mapping, invert elevations for condenser water supply and return lines, elevations and mark outs for stake points.
