Scope Of Work
This mixed use building adjacent to the High Line contains 122,000 square feet of space on 10 floors. The reinforced concrete structure was built in tight quarters between the High Line structure and an adjoining landmark property. Manhattan Land Surveying & Engineering provided property line surveys to locate encroaching foundation walls, axis lines and benchmarks, foundation as-built surveys, shear wall deviations, floor slab surveys, mullion locations, sidewalk surveys and a Certificate of Occupancy survey.
