Scope Of Work
The initial survey of this $203 million project was to provide accurate as-built foundation plans of the existing below ground walls. The foundation will support a 639 foot tall (45 story) Art-Deco style condominium building. Manhattan Land Surveying & Engineering is providing ground up survey controls, axis lines, bench marks, and construction monitoring (construction engineering services) for the duration of the project construction.
