Scope Of Work
This mixed use 55 story concrete tower at the corner of East 30th Street topped out at 673 feet, and contains 130 residential units along with retail space at the base. Manhattan Land Surveying & Engineering provided ground up survey controls, axis lines, bench marks, and construction monitoring (construction engineering services) for the duration of the $370 million project. Prior to construction, MLSE provided 3 dimensional scans of the adjoining properties, to allow designers to allow for variations in adjacent independent and party walls, as well as optical monitoring during the foundation phase of construction.
