Scope Of Work
Topped out in June, 2018, this is currently the seventh tallest building (1079 feet) in New York City. Manhattan Land Surveying & Engineering reproduced the column lines on the 60th Floor terrace to enable a glass windscreen to be securely attached to the roof. Accurate location of existing columns under the sealed roof had to be determined for anchoring points.
