Scope Of Work
Water Pollution Control Plan Preparation:
WPCP Preparation
A Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD) will prepare a WPCP to comply with the County of San Diego’s requirements, as applicable.
Storm Water Monitoring Services:
Monthly Site Audits
JL StormWater conducted one Site Audit per month (or more frequently as directed by the client). The Site Audit will include a review of the Contractor’s Site Reports and a review of the installed BMPs. The estimated time for each Site Audit is 2.5 hours, including travel time from our Santee office location.
On-Call Services
On-call services include but are not limited to: attending meetings or phone conferences at the CM/District’s direction, preparation of SWPPPs, SWPPP Amendments, Risk Evaluation, Run-on Calculations, Preparation of Erosion Control Plans and Preparation of Post-Construction BMP Plan (WQTR/SWMP). These services are available on a time and material basis per our Hourly Rate Sheet.
